• If you don't know exactly what you want or need, we are more then happy to discuss your situation with you and make recommendations or suggestions to help you get exactly what you need.
• We need the following information to place your order:
  • Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Contact Phone Numbers
  • Details of your building.
• Normal lead time is about 2-3 weeks from time of order; however, at certain times of the year, lead time could be as long as 4-6 weeks.
• Itemized quotes and free footer diagrams are available upon request, prior to placing your order.
• NOTE: Building diagrams will be provided, at no charge, upon request, after the order has been placed and the deposit has been received. Stamped, architectural drawings are also available for an extra charge.

• Deliveries are normally made Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm. While it is difficult to give an exact time, we can usually tell you if your building will be arriving in the morning or the afternoon.
• There are several ways to schedule delivery of your Horizon Structures building...
  1. You may request delivery "as soon as possible." In that case, we will contact you a few days prior to delivery to confirm a suitable date and get directions to your property.
  2. You may request a specific date. Sometimes we are able to commit at time of order or we may call you closer to the requested date to confirm. We will do everything possible to meet your request.
  3. If you are having your site prepared, you can leave the delivery date "open" and give us a call when you are ready to schedule. At that time, we can usually arrange delivery within about a week - 10 days.
• We reserve the right to reschedule deliveries due to inclement weather or periods of extended rain in order to avoid endangering our drivers and equipment or damaging your building or property. We also ask that you notify us, to reschedule delivery, if your ground is soft and you believe our truck and trailer would damage your property or make delivery exceptionally difficult for our driver.
• If you are at all unsure whether or not our truck and trailer would have suitable access to your property, we ask that you call 1-888-44SHEDS to discuss the details with our scheduler. You can also email pictures or fax a diagram (with measurements) of your property showing the layout and features of your site. We are usually able to make a determination about whether or not delivery is feasible or if you should have your structure built on-site.

• If your order is under $15,000, we require a 50% deposit at time of order. You can charge your deposit to a Visa/MasterCard or mail a check. Construction of your building will not begin until you have paid your deposit. The balance is then due when the building is delivered.
• If your order is over $15,000, we require a $500 deposit at time of order. You can charge it to a Visa/MasterCard or send a check. An additional 50% of the remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery. The balance is then due when the building is delivered. Cash or (personal) check is preferred.
• Depending on the size and location of your building, we reserve the right to ask for additional monies prior to delivery.
• The driver will bring an invoice when delivering your building. Balance of order is due - cash or (personal) check - to the driver when your barn is delivered.
• An order confirmation can be provided prior to delivery upon request.
