All our garages come with a wooden floor with 2x4 floor joists 12” on center.

They are designed to easily bear the weight of a car, van or full-sized pickup truck.

For even more strength and weight bearing capacity, choose the double plywood option at only $1 per square foot.

If your prefab garage will be situated in a damp location,
or simply for added longevity, we can also upgrade your floor and/or floor joists to pressure-treated lumber.

Pressure Treated Floor Joists: Add $ .20 / square foot.
Pressure Treated Joists & Plywood Floor: Add $ 1.00 / square foot.

You also have the option of ordering any of our garages
without the wooden floor - the price is the same.

6 x 6 pressure-treated wood beams make up the base of the building.
Our delivery driver will remove the section of beam in front of the door(s) as part of the garage set-up.

Steel reinforced corner brackets are included with ALL structures.

Overhead Doors

Overhead doors are included on ALL prefab garage models.

As with everything else at Horizon Structures, you have several choices for your overhead, roll-up door.

Any of our overhead doors will accomodate an electric garage door opener.
We've got 'em - $375 per door - Installed.

ALL our prefabricated garages now come STANDARD with a diamond-plate, steel sill to protect your wooden garage floor from wear and tear.
