Your interactive web-site made the shopping process so much easier by allowing us to play with the color and design of the building. When it came time to place the order, Cindy's professional and personal assistance, and the flexibility of your shop, made our virtual selection a reality. Our shed suits the landscape exactly the way it was envisioned.

We also wanted you to know that we were very impressed with the skill of the young man who delivered the shed. Your truck is a mechanical marvel! It was maneuvered into the area with speed and dexterity (and no damage to our thoroughly wet yard) and the shed was deposited perfectly onto the prepared pad. Please convey our thanks to him - he did an outstanding job.

The one thing that would have made this process completely perfect would have been better communication on the time of delivery. The shed did not arrive until almost 5:00pm; we were expecting an early afternoon delivery and had taken time off work to be here.

This is a minor quibble and it has not diminished our pleasure in working with your company. We will happily recommend Horizon Structures to our friends.
