Exterior

We offer LP Smart Side or Board and Batten siding, as well as 30 year architectural shingles. Check out our options page to view more exterior options like windows, doors, decking, and more.

Permitting & Site Prep

While we do provide all drawings necessary for your permitting, it is your responsibility to take these to your townshsip to apply for your permit.

You will need a local excavator to level the site and/or dig holes for the foundation. This same contractor typically removes trees as well if needed.

You are responsible for providing a leveled concrete or gravel pad. We do not do site work at the time of delivery.

The overall size of your foundation depends on the overall size of the kennel you order. We encourage a 4-5″ thick concrete pad for the dimension of your dimension.

The kennel will require a local electrician to be on site for any electrical hookups needed. It would be prewired, but the connect for power must be made.

Any water hookups the kennel will require must be done by a local plumber. We do not do any on-site work when delivering the kennel.

If you plan to have a septic tank for your project, this is something you are responsible to complete. Most times the excavator you hire to do the grading is also able to install an on-site septic system.

Delivery/Building

We require a prepared foundation when delivering the kennel. You may use our site prep team or hire your own contracting team. Raising the dog house off the ground provides better climate control and deters flea infestations.
