Do A Pre-Purchase Exam on Your New Horse Barn

When you make a significant financial investment in a new horse you probably wouldn’t undertake the purchase without a pre-purchase exam and a clearly worded bill of sale. Why should buying a new horse barn be any different?

It must be of sturdy build with materials that will stand up over time, and good quality craftsmanship is essential. Plus, the daily use needs of the space need to be on point.
