Restocking Fee Policy:   

Returnable Items are defined as any hardware or accessory purchased separately and not part of a pre-built structure.

20% restocking fee will be charged based on the retail value of the Returnable Item(s) at time of purchase.

Customers are expected to notify Horizon Structures, LLC of any defects and return defective items within 30 days.

Defective Returnable Items replaced at no charge.

Freight and shipping charges are not refundable or included in the restocking fee.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products (custom, built-to-order), returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

In most cases, it is not feasible to return pre-built structures.  Horizon Structures, LLC will make every reasonable attempt to repair or replace product or compensate customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase.

Customers are expected to notify Horizon Structures, LLC of any issues within 24 hours of receipt of building.

Final determination is at the discretion of the owner of Horizon Structures, LLC and shall not exceed the retail value of the structure at time of purchase.
