Hurricane Irene 2011
SO! Early part of last week my email starts going crazy with customers worried about their barns/garages with the Hurricane Irene 2011 hitting the east cost over the weekend.
On Wendesday the 24th, one of our great customers in Pawling, NY was mostly concern. The were are the “redzone” she wanted to make sure her barn was rated for the high winds that were coming and that the barn would hold up. I reasured her, right away, that the barn would be just fine, and it was deffently rated high enough to withstand the winds. Today she emailed me, “We are still with out power. I am at a friends house sending this email but the barn was fine. Went through the earthquake and hurricane in one week with out a hitch. When the winds first started to pick up we went down to shut all the top stall doors and the barn was quieter then being in the house. We are so pleased….Many Thanks!!!!”
