Lead time varies and can fluctuate depending on a number of factors:

• Type (and size) of building. Prebuilt or modular
• SHIPTO location. Which of our build shops is producing your building?
• Permits, site prep, financing…

These things need to be resolved and in place prior to shipment. They are the responsibility of the buyer and time needed to get everything in place varies a great deal depending on individual circumstances, local zoning and site contractor/excavator availability.

In many instances, we may have your structure built and ready for delivery before you’re ready to receive it. No worries! We’re happy to work with you!

The bottom line is, there are a multitude of factors affecting the lead time of our buildings. There simply is no standard answer.
